Marker Mod Forward Pressure

Thread Starter
I Just got a new pair of skis, crossfire 174's. They came with the integrated marker bindings. I know my DIN and how the binding is fixed to the ski, theres no drilling involved. But my problem is how do I know how tight my boots should be in the bindings? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Those bindings were never designed to be mounted by a "do-it-yourselfer" at home. A torque test is required after mounting/adjusting, not just to test but to "exercise" it as well.
Having said that, when the boot is in the binding, the forward pressure adjuster screw should be flush with the housing. Another model has a white pyramid in place of the forward pressure adjuster screw. In that case, any part of the white pyramid must be within the heel housing.
