Who was it that was asking why anyone needs more than 500" of snow in a year?

Not true! As the season progresses from 30" to 300", many of the 50' cliffs become 20' cliffs with perfectly pitched runouts at repose.

Didn't Warren Miller joke that you only ski on the top quarter inch? All I know is that I'm running out of places to put the snow in my driveway. And that's in the banana belt of Park City. Up on the mountain, we are over 100".

316" year to date. We had no snow before Dec.1, none, didn't even open til December 8th, and then wham, best year since 96-97. And we don't get 4 foot dumps, we get 4-6" every day like clockwork, just like my old lady.

Telluride has an 85" base. We have gotten 265" so far this year. Not bad considering we almost already have our 30 yr. average... and we usually get most of our snow in March and April!!
