The Good News
Four weeks we adopted another retired English Setter from White Salmon, WA. Her name is Georgia and is eight years old. We took the opportunity to fly West, rent a car, and drive with her back to New York. I had never been to the West Coast (only been West of Chicago once - to Alta and Snowbird, of course).
The trip was incredible, we drove to the Oregon Coast, East to Spokane, through Idaho and Montana taking in Glacier National Park, Yellowstone, the Big Horn Mountains, the Black Hills and Badlands before running out of time and getting on the Interstates. My wife even let me ski for four hours at Mt. Hood Meadows while she investigated the Timberline Lodge with Georgia.
So here are some new and happier dog pictures.

As you can imagine, I can't wait to post some pictures of Georgia's first Ski season!
