I have a paper template, if it helps any:
This worked great for my Salomon Z12 bindings, and I believe the holes ought to be the same for their other bindings (check first before drilling of course). If you have access to an 11x17 printer, it should come out to the correct scale. The current spacing is for a 325mm sole length, but you can tweak it as needed.
Cool -- I hope it works for you. Just double check everything before drilling. Also, be sure to find the ski centerline by measuring from the steel edges -- don't use topsheet and/or graphics. I use two combination squares, mounted on a common ruler, to mark the centerline:
If you lay down some masking tape on the ski, you can mark the CL on that. Then line up the template with the CL and the midsole marks, tape it down good, and use a nail punch to mark the holes.
