Hello all. It has been a while since I posted here. I am still making progress/improving to this day. My first bout of bi-laterals was June 2012 then had them both redone Feb 2013 and May 2013. My setbacks have delayed my 100% success, but I am NOT giving up. I hope to forget about it one day as I am sure some of you are on the tail end.
With all of my struggles and complications, I decided to put together a website to help others. If you are interested in telling your story, please PM me. I will add it to my website under the patient profiles section.
Your feedback about my site is important. PM me with ANY suggestions. I am in the process of adding some FAQ. This is tedious as I have posted some good information as many others have here as well.
My story is here. http://www.quadtendon.com/nj-pete-story.html
The website is here - I am grateful the name was available - http://www.quadtendon.com
Thanks so much
What about "Tips and Tricks" section? How to make alcohol and water ice packs out of zip lock baggies (I recommend cheap vodka), keeping your immobilizer from slipping down your leg, pros and cons of wearing your immobilizer on the outside or inside of your pants etc.
