As far as therapy regimen is concerned, I am more of a fan of moderate PT. It is proven early motion is best for this injury. I am not a fan of your therapist putting you in excruciating pain. There should be some pressure during your PROM sessions but not to the point of tears. That ONLY leads to potential micro tears. You DON'T want to end up like I did.
