I've just discovered the wobble board in the gym. Was hoping this would help provide some stability to the knee. Don't recall reading much of the use of these on here, otherwise I am sure I would have tried it by now
Pretty impressed with the results thus far. Almost immediate. Probably only recommended for those well into their recovery. Say 9 months plus. Definitely assisting with the stability.
Wish I discovered it earlier. I just balance on two legs for a couple minutes, then one leg for 2 minutes, the. The other and repeat.
Soon I will progress to squats etc on the board.
