Well, you guys might be surprised, but I posted on this site 7 years ago with a blown left quad tendon.
Well guess what. Blew out my right one on 12/23/14 and had repair on 1/14/15.
Slipped on ice.
So been there done it before and NO really not happy to be here again.
Had to wait three weeks before surgery while last one was done day after the injury.
So far, a week out of surgery, off most of the pain pills, leg in immobilizer and starting leg swings and ankle twisting. Toe touch weight so far, using a walker instead of crutch.
So having been here before, I can tell you all what to expect.

Advice from last time is this. DO NOT SCRIMP ON PT AND WHEN YOU THINK IT IS HEALED, KEEP DOING PT!
