@skicarver, are you working out at some kind of health club or gym? How are you rehabbing your quads? Since you are one of a special breed having had torn BOTH left and right quad tendons, is one weaker than the other now? Is one healed and the other still weak after 14 months PO? Why do you think going downstairs is such an ordeal? My OS and PT's have all said more quad strength is needed. What do you think?

At this point in my journey, I simply can't imagine skiing down a double black. Even a basic black diamond trail seems to be too much to even contemplate at this point. I'd be happy to be able to ski down a nice groomed cruiser this season. Still hopeful for that.
