@old bruce...LOL...Not going for a marathon here. Honestly, the leg presses are similar to the bike on a high level. I don't use a lot of weight so I am not going for anything intense. I was just trying to focus more strength training in the VMO area.
@Eric308, thanks a lot. I was bent to 90 degree as well in all of my procedures. I think it is practice...although I can't be certain of this.
This is definately that requires a lot of patience and persistence as well as your battle between the two.
