12 week post op update:
Went to PT today and achieved unassisted 128 degree bend and am hitting 10,000 steps per day more often. My leg is starting to fill in again as well. I go to the actual PT facility only once per week. They evaluate my progress and show me new exercises I'm allowed to do. I've been lifting weights for 30 years so knowing how to do the exercises is no issue. For me it's about throttle control.. I want to go wfo so I use my PT and Dr. to make sure things are not overdone. The regular routine is 40 min. of upper body work, 40 min. of recumbent bike then 30-40 min. of quad specific exercise rehab topped off with some serious stretching. I do this routine 5 days a week and feel much better about my leg. It's exhausting!
