Thanks, I can't keep it straight when raising it. I can straighten it with knee sideways, when I rotate knee to top, bends some. There is not a noticeable divot, can feel a slight indent. Just where it's attached I think. My exercises include leg lifts while sitting in a chair. Riding stationary bike 30 minutes three times a week, and elliptical 30 minutes three times a week. I do get the sensation it's going to buckle a few times a week, but always catch myself. Thanks for the reply, time for my annual physical, will my regular Dr what they think.
Beachcomber, I have a lot of concerns there is something going on. I would REALLY push for a lower extremity MRI. This is the one you will put only one leg in. Push your OS to get this done. If they refuse, find someone else. With all that you do and almost being 2 years out from surgery you should not be in that place. A good OS will be able to feel a partial thickness re-tear of the tendon. The indent to me sounds like it is. Are you on any other long term medications?
Let us know how you make out.
