Btw, don't beat yourself up over the reinjury. I think you haven't, but you are right about caution. I avoided curbs(still do unless I have a car or something for a little support) and was very careful on uneven surfaces. Once you start pt, be brave and adventurous in that safe environment before attempting things out on your on. I am getting braver and bolder, but I have built up to that point. I couldn't even imagine tackling a curb at 4 weeks. I can promise you this, work hard once given directions, be positive and persistent, celebrate each small accomplishment and you will be just fine.
