It's nearly 20 years since I skiied in Utah, but I'll be out there on business (narrating a concert at the Symphony) and can stay a few days afterwards, and would be really grateful for any advice. I've skiied Alta and loved it, Solitude ditto, and wasn't in love with Snowbird, mostly because of the atmosphere rather than the terrain. If I stay in SLC it seems easiest to take the shuttle to ski Canyons than anywhere else - is that right? If that's an atrocious idea I can swing the lodging fees up nearer the hill, but as long as I'm in town the hotel's covered, so that has some appeal. Inside 411 on Canyons would be much appreciated

Of course, if anyone want to meet up for a few runs during that time that would be great. I'm a fairly decent skier for an easterner
