I had some spectacular trip report stuff in mind when I was taking pics, but my friends have beaten me to the punch on most of this adventure.
Day One: Copper!!
As most of you know, by now, this was MrTC's first time skiing outside of Michigan and he struggled with the altitude on day one, which was Copper.
When we met up at Jacks at Copper, I had no idea what to expect, and actually figured that many on the list may not show up. Boy was I wrong!
Not only did most everyone show up, but there were a few extras too!
SSH you did good! Thanks for your patience and care with MrTC, and thank you also for dragging the rest of us all over Copper until our butts were dragging.
The snow we were blessed with on our Copper day was sooooo nice. Not deep by your standards, but great by my Michigan Standards!
I'm thinking the list of attendees on this day was somewhere around 23 ish. Imagine 23 for an informal GTG. Gotta Love the Bears!
Big bummer of the day.........Lost my cell phone somewhere in the enchanted Forrest.
Highlight of the day.........Hugs from Bud!!(sorry about the pic quality. Paul is a good skier but a terrible photographer
I got to see a snowboarder go down the escalator
Day two: Keystone!!
We got a bit of a later start, though we thought we were running on time. Sorry to those of you who waited for us at Summit.
We had a nice surprise, when Jim Gage showed up. Turns out, he read the thread on the GTG and decided to meet us.
Jim's on an extended vacation in Summit County and though he's been in the area a few weeks, this was his first time meeting some bears and skiing with us. Glad you came along for the ride Jim. Now, Post in the GTG area and get some more bears to come out to play with you!!
This pic: MadMike, Jim, and John(my friend from Michigan)
Snow conditions weren't quite as nice as they were on Friday at Copper, but the long runs and Outback area were extremely nice.
I need to thank Mike and Chris for their patience and care. I Love Tree sking, here in Michigan, and loved the trees at Copper, but the weird funk I got into with the whole stem thing at Keystone was something I just couldn't shake. You guys are tops!!
At the end of the day, Me and My friend Laurie split of to hit some cool down runs while the boyz did a few more hot laps.
We had fun........see the smiles!
Day three: ABasin!!
What a phenomenal day!
Mr TC was acclimated to the altitude, and our gang from Michigan, though a bit fatigued on Saturday, was in good form on Sunday. We didn't have a meeting time lined up with anyone so the Michiganders did it alone and had a ton of fun exploring! Really enjoyed the bump fun in the Montezuma Bowl, Totally loved the trees sections, and even took a shot at some fun on Palli.
Toward the end of the day it occured to me that we hadn't taken many pics, so I got the camera out to shoot the other three in the chute to the far left.

Day Four: Breck!!
UL couldn't join us but he hooked us up with his friend and fellow Bear ChuckC.
First fun of the day was the Glen Plake, or should we say, Glen Flake Snowman on the Gondi ride from the parking lot.
The Epic Crowd was smaller than the previous days, but fun just the same.
The snow conditions were great, and the wind was........hmmmm, Windy!
Our Friend models his Ice Face
VSP, and Tsavo, cuddling up..........were you cold?
ON one of Ric's chair rides, he met Drew, who came along for the day. Welcome to EpicSki Land Drew!
On each and every day, I was hoping to have someone push me beyond my comfort zone, and each day, I was blessed with the terrain, and the friends to do just that! Thank you all!ChuckC!
You are a kind man and a great guide!Cgeib,
as usual, you had my back, and when necessary, my garage sale.Jim,
Get on here and post. You have some more bears to meet!!!Mr Vertical,
Thank you so much for the Tshirt. I feel honored to have a souvenier from LGC!Paul,
you crack me up!!Don Denver,
you and your lovely wife are such profound people. Thank you for your hospitality, and friendship on this trip. You definitely made a difference with Terry! I definitely want to meet up with you next time.Kaptain Karl,
Mr TC is still talking about you and your boots. He wants them badly.
Bud, Thanks for giving Terry some tips on his new boots. He may not have seemed receptive, but he talked to John about it later and did follow your tips. He's loving the boots now and will be saying good bye to his rear entry boots forever.A
Although, he swears, he'll never be in a boot that makes it necessary to do this!!!
(I'll probably post more in this thread as other stuff comes to mind)
