How did they ski compared to the falcons?
I skied the race 130. I weigh 160 lbs and i removed both rivets from the spine. To my surprise, the boot stiffened up in the cold more than i had expected. The boots are warm and comfortable but they do not ski better than my XT Alu. In fact, the latter is quicker edge to edge than the race when i am carving short turns. Jeff Bergeron was right. It does not ski better than the old XT (at least for me). For others they are probably a great boot.
