Marker M1100 Contact Control XI Ski Bindings Question-Recommendation

I am being given a set of Marker M1100 Contact Control XI Ski Bindings to put on some new Atomic Blackeyes. Does anyone have experience with these bindings. Are they any good? Pros Cons? Anyone know what year these binding were put into production? Any and all advice is appreciated.

They're designed for lighter beginner to high intermediate skiers. Think they're at least three years old, but may be wrong on the date of manufacture. Mainly, not really a suitable binding for the Blackeye, from what I've heard about it. You want something that can handle serious forces in the middle of a carve/bash through crud.

Thanks Beyond for the response. Any suggestions on a particular Marker model that is suitable for the Blackeye?

Isn't the Blackeye a ski system with neox 412 bindings already on them?

I have Marker M1000 and had 900s, they pre-release like crazy. M1000s come off like nothing on DIN 10.
