I would like to improve my conditioning program and as a senile citizen I would like some advice on what to avoid so as not to pull my back out, ruin my good knees, and other problems. Would ball exercises be a good start? My company has one in the exercise room. I have two road and an exercise bike to handle the aerobics. What I don't want is something for the Junior Race Team which will put me out for the season (I will leave that to my neighbor, who pulls something every year with his macho weight training).
