I need to send some props out to Steep and Cheap. Something happened with the shipping on an item I ordered from them, not sure what but the tracking info never changed, it just kept saying "billing information received. 2 days after I should have received it, I dropped them an e-mail.

Now they are shipping it again, but 2 day shipping (to the east coast) instead of the 5 day I paid for.

For a massive discounter like them, that is mighty fine customer service. And they didn't throw any ethnic slurs my way either!

Sorry I just needed to give credit where it is due.

Have to agree. I've had nothing but the best. They do exchanges if they can. Had a size issue on a Christmas gift. All good.

SAC is good! I live just up the road in Ogden and my stuff usually gets here the next day
