I'll bite, what's a roundabout? Here's a link to US speed limits. http://www.hwysafety.org/safety_fact...limit_laws.htm
MT and UT have some of the highest at 75mph for rural interstate highways (our big divided roads). The speed limits are 10-20 mph lower near congested urban areas. I recently did a lot of driving in Colorado which has some of the same limits and was able to go between 80 and 90 mph (what's that about 130kph?)
90 in Colorado will earn you a ticket if they catch you. Friend of mine just received on coming back to Iowa over x-mas in a wide open strectch of interstate east of Denver.
You can usually do 8 over and be safe. I try to limit myself to 6 over. So 75 you can do 81 (safe) 83 (pushing things).
When the limit is 55, in most cases you can get away with 64. Just depends on the cops of course. If your from Europe though, I'd prolly not worry to much about getting a ticket. Pay the fine, and your good to go I'd think.
