Having fun with my daughter

This is the first full year of skiing for my 7yo daughter. She has taken lessons the past 2 years and this year is her year to go out with the old man a couple of times a month.

I am amazed at how quickly she advances. Yeah, I know its all kids, but mine is special . We were skiing West 2nd south and Baby Thunder at Snowbird, she is willing to try almost anything I suggest.

Today we had about 4-5 inches of champagne powder, light and fluffy. CBird was squealing about how much fun it is to ski in snow that makes her skis disappear. When we reached the bottom of the hill she looks at me and yells, "What is my favorite snow? POWDER!!!".

Add another convert to the Powder squad and add one more proud Papa.

Awesome! I ski w/my 9 yr old daughter, and know how you feel. She skis moguls better than I do (skis half the length of mine might have something to do with it and watching the little ones learn to love the snow, the outdoors, the sport, is just fantastic!
