Just curious if leaking boots are a problem for anyone else and what do you do about it. Tape? Boot glove? I own the boots that you take the liner out with your foot, notice little snow/moisture on the top no wonder my feet get cold.

Taped upped boots

All boots leak to some degree. I would recommend trying tape, boot gloves, silicone sealant, adhesive backed weather stripping etc. until you find the right product to reduce the moisture. What boot do you have? You say the liner comes out when you take off the boot? Most boots have a "gasket" where the two lower shell flaps meet in the toe area. Inspect this area for chipping or missing gasket material. Place tape over this area first.
