Intuition Alpine Custom Power Wrap vs ZipFit Grand Prix

I would like to hear both the pros & cons from each liner if possible - I am having my new Lange WC 130's fitted with new liners. So far performance isn’t as much of a concern as warmth is given the WC 130 boot shell. The boot fitter I have been talking to where I ski mostly totally endorses Zipfits. I'm sure he would fit some Intuitions or any other liner that someone would bring into him but has really tried to sell me hard on zipfits as a much more superior liner and has even stated that a few guys in his shop have over 1,000 ski days in the same zipfit liner. Anyway, I would appreciate all advice, thoughts, suggestions & experience that any of you boot gurus have with specifically these two models - Intuition Alpine Custom Power Wrap & the Zipfit Grand Prix.
Mucho Gracias in advance!

It probably depends on your priorities? As stated many times here before, the Intuitions are warm, comfy, and ski fine. The Zip fit takes awhile to break in and feel comfortable but skis well and will last longer. Though I sell many more Intuitions to Zip Fits, my preference, if I could get either one in my boots would probably be the Zip Fit for the simple fact that I like to feel the sensations coming from the skis and snow through the soles of my feet. Currently, the Intuitions use the same foam under the foot as around the foot and leg which dampens or mutes these sensations. Depending on your personal priorities which sound like warmth is more important than performance but you still want performance, I would go with the Intuitions! Both are better than stock liners but have their strong points and weak points.

Try to demo both if you can. If you go with the Zip Fits, consider the heated boot bag to keep them primed to mold every time you put them on!

Sounds good - I appreciate the tips. What is the heated boot bag? I have not heard of that yet in my discussions about the Zipfits.

Thanks

Zip Fit now distributes a heated boot bag which plugs into 110/220 or your cigarette lighter in your car to warm and dry your boots, gloves, lunch, etc.
This is a great way to start the day with Zip Fit liners as they need heat to activate the flow characteristics of the goo inside. By putting on a warm liner and shell first thing in the day, you will expedite the molding process.

If you can not find these bags close to you, I have a few left and will discount them to $99.95 (reg: $150).

Real cool, thanks for the info. Sounds like a definite must have. I'll be making the purchase on the 15th - if my fitter doesn’t carry the bag, I'll be sure to get in touch with you to get one. Sounds like a real cool piece of gear. Thanks for the great price & offer!
