Help with hostage plate

I recently purchased some used Atomic GSA skis with hostage plates. Does anyone know what atomic bindings will fit?

Look under the plate. Is the "B-prophile" (center groove) present? If it reveals a flat topsheet under the plate (NO groove), you can chuck the hostage plate and put on whatever binding you want. If the groove is there, you can only mount a binding without any middle screws in the mounting pattern. Most Salomons for example.

You should be able to mount ANY Atomic binding on the hostage plate, but they all tend to SUCK in my experience!

I mounted some Salomon Drivers on some Metrons and they were fine. I have also skied the Neox and IMHO the 412 is a fine binding, skiing them at my din of 10, I never pre released.

The 614 is a damn heavy binding and other than having steel frame compared to the aluminum of the 412, it is basically the same binding.

Too heavy for a gate ski?

Thanks for the advice. I found out that a Atomic Centron 412 binding will work on this plate. I have not had much luck finding that binding. Will any other Atomic binding work? The ski is an Atomic GSR not GSA.
