moonstone diamond stone too wide for toko precision base file control jig

Thread Starter
I just bought a Toko .5 degree precision base file control jig. I have two 100 mm X 25mm Moonflex diamond stones, and I am finding that they are too wide to fit into the slot in the jig. I had understood 25 mm to be the standard width of diamond stones, although possibly I'm mistaken on this point. Is the Toko jig intended only for use with files? Or is the jig made for some sort of non-standard sized diamond stone?

The slot in the jig appears to be 23 mm wide. I am considering sanding the edges of my diamond stones down to a 23mm width. But before I do that I thought I'd see whether there is some advice on the issue.

Thanks.
