Dont let the price of a lawsuit brought forth by one greedy slime bucket confuse you on our health care system. There is a reason a good portion of the worlds upper class chooses to come here and get fixed.
Nowhere did I state you couldn't get proper healthcare in the US.
I merely wanted to point out that, as all or at least most of our medical expenses are covered by health insurrance, there really is no reason to sue.
I could never run up a bill of 75.000 USD of my own expenses with a damaged shoulder so how could I ever sue for that amount?
The issue is that health insurrance companies are exactly that, companies, they need to make profit to keep the shareholders happy.
Hence they tend to pull their hands of anything that could in any way possibly be blamed on someone else (who would then have to pay) to minimise losses and increase profits.
It just doesn't work that way over here and I tend to like it.
I don't think or public health system, or culture or political system or whatever is perfect either but I (and I can only speak for myself!) prefer it over the US healthcare system.
By no means did I intend to offend in any way, and if I did I'm sorry.
