Whiteroom Saved my ESA Stowe Experience!

I played hooky a few extra days after ESA Stowe, to enjoy some play time in all that fresh snow, and arrived home in the wee hours of the morning, but I can't let a chance slip away to thank Whiteroom for going above and beyond to help a dumb chick from Michigan out, when the chips were down.

My Flight to Vermont was a bit out of sorts, and the airline decided to "off load" my skis, along with a bunch of other luggage, because there was too much weight on the plane.
One call to Epic, who in turn contacted Whiteroom, and I found a pair of Head WildThang's in my motel room, all set for my boots, and crying out..........TC, Show me some Snow time!!!!

My skis didn't show up until late on Sunday, so I had them for my play days on Monday and Tuesday, but a girl can't beat the kindness and service of good friends like Whiteroom, when the chips are down.

If you're in the need of good service and knowledgeable staff, SkierShopin Stowe Vermont is top notch.

If you stop in, give Whiteroom a hug for me!

I really owe you! Thanks!!

My experience was slightly different.

We got there Friday to some new snow. Lola jsut had her Exclusive Legends with here and the snow was a bit deep and cut up for them. Along comes Whiteroom playing the knight in shining armor routine and offer Lola some fat skis to try. She unknowingly take him up on the offer a pair of virgin Blizzard Titan Eos's in a 166. This was a typical spider/fly situation. She takes the skis, loves them and doesn't want to bring them back...playing right into his hands. So, we go to his wem, the Skiershop, and not only does he play us like two bit fiddles and not let us buy the demos, he gives my wife a brand new pair for an awesome price. That was just unfair, to let a fellow Bear try skis for free, then to give them a great price on them. What way is that to do business? So, unless you want to be treated great and be taken care of, don't talk to the guys at Skiershop. You will go broke saving money there.

Bringing World Cup caliber ski equipment and service to all skiers - from pro ski racers to everyday all mountain skiers and into the...

As good as it was to meet you all in person, I wish I could have spent a little more time out on the hill with you. Monday's weather was tough, but the rest of the week has been great (and it's snowing now!). I'm proud to have been able to help at all.

That snow on Monday was definitely some tricky stuff to get a handle on. Different from the powder we experienced the day before. Thanks for the tips and patience. After a run or two with you I had a grasp on it and nothing but grins.

How did your Tuesday go? Weren't you going to do some BC stuff?

In case you didn't catch it, its a joke on me.
At ESA, Robin Barnes was trying to get me to get my feet closer together in the bumps, so she encouraged me to use the Virgin Clutch. So, our Phriend Philpug, AKA MoronEdge(you get the gist of that) and his cohorts thought I needed a temporary name change.

I'm laughing until it is changed back.
