Rocky Mountain Superpass

Thread Starter
Hello all, just found this site and am happy to see so much useful info. My wife and I will be moving to Denver in early Jan. 08 and we were wondering if it will be possible to purchase a Rocky Mountain Superpass at that time. The cut off date on line was in Nov. although they did extend it into Dec. They won't let us purchase on line, concerned about fraud?? We did manage to get season passes at Loveland over the internet but we sure would like the option of skiing WP, Copper, and Steamboat this season as well. We appreciate any info.

You might be able to but it will be expensive.

There is a big difference between Loveland and Intrawest. One is owned by a small Texas family and the other is a huge for-profit Canadian corporation. Passes by both Intrawest and Vail Resorts are picture passes and neither will allow first time buyers to purchase them other than in-person. Most resorts usually stop selling them at the low rate before the lifts start turning. This is because these passes are targeted to the Colorado resident market. Unfortunately your timing is a bit off this season.

Have you checked out passwagon.com? This is the official pass site. You can also try calling the pass offices. Explain the move and see if they can work with you.

Welcome to Colorado.
