I hoped not, but it was a CORE shot!

Forgive the rhyming.

But after the experience that I went through and how Lone Star sports excellently fixed my skis, you would be too.

It was a beautiful Colorado Blue bird day at Breckenridge, CO. I was on a new pair of skis and was only on my second run of the day when I heard that the sound that makes every skier cringe with fear. : I heard(and felt) a loud crunch. I assumed it was a rough patch and kept skiing. Upon further inspection later on (two runs later) my heart sank to my stomach as chunk of my base was torn off by a rock and I could see straight through to the core of my ski. Needless to say my day was over.

Upon listening to the advice of a local ski shop they told me to go to Lone Star Sports for extensive base repair. Thanks to that recommendation, my skis now have new life, a new base, and a new home for base repair and tuning work! Thanks Lone Star!

Thanks for letting us know. Always good to know a good place when you're in the area. 'Course, Lone Star rents demos, too, so you could have gotten back up on the mountain!
