you never see me let stuff I dont think it right stya posted, snowbirddevotee is a friend in real life. but ok I skied snowbird today.....
tram is open with silver fox, primrose, chips and regulator johnson and part of little cloud bowl.
Silver Fox and primrose skied very nicely today a couple big but adviodable shark lurking underneath the snow. The snow is deep on those steeps. also despite regulator johnson's being super icey, trust me think east coast ice but on something that steep. the ungroomed areas were pretty damn good in LC bowl.
also the coverage from rothmen's way up is good to go in some places. If you know the areas there are some places off trail you can go. Just be careful, especailly down low. We were skiing laps on silver fox then just zoooming down on chips, till the last chips head wall which is manmade snow disaster. From there cut left and hit the last part of primose which is some big dense piles of snow. Not bad to ski.
stuff skiable at snowbird today.
Chips Run - top to bottom couple rocks poking through on some of the cat walks, icey at the bottom.
Primose - top to bottom, only thing on the P-gulch side that is not groomed and skiable to the bottom
Silver Fox - best skiing we have right now, some of the drops are even doable ras off today
regulator johnson and part of little cloud bowl - the groomed part was so icey that I was afraid of slide for life. The bowl had great snow.
Wilbere chair lift - great coverage on a couple spots not so great any on some spots.
Gadzoom - Emma and bassawkwards are the only truly covered things. Some of the gully have filled in.
