I've been thinking of purchasing a condo in Summit county or somewhere in the Vail valley. The market doesn't seem as strong as it did in years past. I know in many resort areas of the country, especially Florida, auctions have become the norm and properties are being dumped every weekend by distressed owners. Have any of the resort areas of Colorado or Utah reached that point or are things still moving?
