I was just cleaning out out herb garden today. My wife and I love to cook using fresh herbs, and we dry them as well.

we grow, basil, thyme, oregano, dill, chives, tarragon, mint, parsely, rosemary, sage, cilantro, I know there's more, just can't remember everything.

Some favorite recipes:

Fresh Dill with lemon and butter on grilled salmon. Fresh cilantro for burritos, taco salads, spicy grilled shrimp salad. Soften butter and mix with tarragon, then roll into small logs, in wax paper, and freeze - great for cooking chicken or any light fish. Grilled small potatos, caot with misture of olive oil, salt, pepper and lots of rosemary. Another favorite, roasted chicken with rosemary thyme, sage, butter and garlic. Use herbs chopped over the top of the bird, but also stuff the cavity full of them still on the stem. Yum.
