The seller lives in Draper - I wonder if he's one of that gang on Alta mono-ski crazies? I bet this thing would be wicked on a traverse. On the other hand, I've had many bad experiences with Dynastar's Rohacell foam cores.

Cracked sidewall, delaminating....Why would you waste fifty bucks shipping a piece of trash.

You DEFINITELY should get it. If you get it now, you can shred the gnar at Granite Peak! Apparently they have been making snow all week....

And don't worry about the flats, they "groom those out" now.

Do you really have to ask?
This one is a no brainer............Do it!

I love the offer of free correspondence school lessons: "If you have never tried monoskiing - it is the only way to get down the mountain. Very easy to learn. Email with questions."

Yeah - I suppose I could click out on one side and skateboard back to the lifts after the innitial 50 feet of "steepness".

I could just go pick it up - the guy lives in Draper. But yeah - the structural stuff kinda makes it not that great of a deal.

dude scored those things uber cheap and got them mounted with demo binders.

i plan to hook up with him at some point during the season (if/when we get some Cali dumpage) and give 'em a whirl.

Yeah - I saw/posted on that thread. Wasn't there some guy years ago who used to ride an actual surf board down bc powder at Teton Pass?

This sucks. Looks like the monoski is a real POS. I really wanna try something different. Snowboarding's out 'cause that's just lame. I'm too over myself to try tele. Maybe I should bite the bullet and get some snowlerblades. I hear they're wicked training for actual skiing.
