I saw it already and was not too impressed. The movie feels a bit like a MTV music video. I have no idea who decided that we have the attention span of chickens, but the quick, short action literally drives me nuts. They simply do not let you enjoy anything for more than a few seconds.
Then there is all that bro-bra-park stuff, which is a bit out of my interest range, but nevertheless impressive - if I could actually see the entire action before they switch to something else.
Then there are all these young kids who ski and snowboard better than most of us. They are impressive, but do I really care what they want to be when they grow up? Maybe I should, but I am too busy being envious of these lucky kids growing up Aspen. Can you tell I grew up in a miserable communist country with very little in the way of luxury.
Sorry, I am partly kidding, but I find that Warren Miller has become little more than a 2 hour advertising video with the appropriate product placement that pays for the production. Still, I don't mind making an evening out of it with my wife. It certainly makes me want to ski real bad.
