I'm not a big fan of your big delam near the binding with bent edges getting put back together and bent back into place either, though I've seen it get a racer through a weekend before.
Many delams are minor and stem from people shoving tails into pavement, crossing tips, tips slamming into snow on landings, gates bashing tips, etc. I see no reason not to fix those and ski them as if it didn't happen.
My answer is still show us some pictures. Do you mean pocket rockets? If so, I'd say a delamed Pocket Rocket is pretty much rock ski material at this point, but whatever, get some pictures of the damage first.
There are a lot of "rocket" skis. If it an AK rocket it might be worth something. If it is a Pocket Rocket I wouldn't even make a chair out of it because I'd be worried about it's durability. Year and exact model might be helpful in this situation... (swallow tail, etc...)
