should I look at the il moro? (krypton boot)

I have been skiing in a salomon foil (85 flex, pretty damn soft) all last season (around 100 days). Prior to this I had a rossignol bandit b14 which really gave me terrible pain across the forefoot even after some stretching. I have probably a c width foot. I weigh around 150lbs so a boot I can actually flex is the most important thing to me. Now I know the krypton is a 98mm last whereas the foil is 100mm, but the foil (x wave last) is a little roomy and has not needed any custom work depite the small shell-fit. Would the il moro be a boot worth looking into. Also how is it for room across the instep as I was starting to develop a bone spur above that second buckle and I think instep height is an easier fix in a four buckle boot.

Sure..why not. You are light, try that and the Cross and the Rampage.

should I look at the il moro?

you shouldn't make direct eye contact with the il moro, this will upset it. It often associates direct eye contact with aggression and a dominance challenge, this will trigger it's 'fight or flight' responses. The il moro will attack if cornered.

The Kryptons are significantly lower volume in all areas than the Foil. With the different models and adjustments available, you should be able to find about any flex that you want.

The Kryptons are on the low side of medium for volume.....by comparison, the Foils are cavernous.
