Wow! Talk about insecurity!

I haven't seen Dchan's post, but as I have seen through the past few years he is a master of skiing and decorum, an unbeatable and laudible combination. Perhaps Poet should go to the beach... and stay there?

No insecurities, just a few complaint's about your hateful ranting. caused the deletions and editing.

The original request from one of our members was to delete the whole thread. I saw some good content in the post so decided to leave most of it intact.

That is all.
I asked Dchan to delete the thread. As he stated he chose to make some edits and leave it.

If you have an issue with someone, Poet, your issue is with me.

Someone has a sig line that says something like , "Never wrestle with a pig - you'll get dirty & frustrated but the pig will enjoy it". I think its quite applicable to this situation.

What a classic skit. Man, I love that!

I have the tendency to argue, must come from my engineering background. So I have to restrain myself from jumping in and start the troll-feeding frenzy.

Re-reading one the Python skits calms me right down. Also allows me to climb down from my horse (or donkey).

Well, Dchan you surprised me by not deleting this thread, which scores points in my book. Not that you probably care. I'll further comment to Kiersten in the rails thread, so you can go ahead and delete this one which is pretty boring, and is simply forum "filler" if you will. Thanks Errrr, uh. You wanna open that other thread back up?

You are correct, and God bless the soldiers over there fighting for our lifestyle here.

That being said, a military mind/mentality can be applied to several things in life, anything less is a weak/weaker mentality.

Poet, I haven't read your other threads and probably won't before I delete them. The moderators who help me out do a great service for this community, and make my life a lot easier. They don't need your abuse, and so you are now unwelcome at EpicSki. I have not discussed this with dchan, since it is not negotiable.

AC, the poet is an @$$hole on the other site he frequents, no suprise he is an @$$hole here.
I have only served with one person with a mind set such as yours and he ended up in the brig.

If you allude to martial things of another nature you are quite wrong.

Well done! I'm sure this kind of action doesn't bring joy to your life but is, regretfully, sometimes necessary is protect what you have built, and what EpicSki has become. Thanks to you and dchan for your hard work and efforts.

All this hub-bub, makes me wonder what I've missed. :

Ignorance is bliss . . . .

The Poet sent me a PM requesting a Stockli pro-form; he didn't even have the courtesy to tell me to whom I was sending the form. I don't much care for that. No I don't.

Thank you AC and Dchan, good natured ribbing is one thing, but this was getting to be too much and had long since crossed that line.

Out of curiosity...Dchan, did you choose to use that name so you and AC would not be known as and referred to as AC/DC ?

Now that's much funnier than Yuki's full mailbox.

The Parrot

A young man named John received a parrot as a gift. The parrot had a bad attitude and an even worse vocabulary. Every word out of the bird's mouth was rude, obnoxious and laced with profanity.

John tried and tried to change the bird's attitude by consistently saying only polite words, playing soft music and anything else he could think of to "clean up" the bird's vocabulary.

Finally, John was fed up and he yelled at the parrot. The parrot yelled back. John shook the parrot and the parrot got angrier and even ruder.

John, in desperation, threw up his hand, grabbed the bird and put him in the freezer. For a few minutes the parrot squawked and kicked and screamed.

Then suddenly there was total quiet.

Not a peep was heard for over a minute. Fearing that he'd hurt the parrot, John quickly opened the door to the freezer. The parrot calmly stepped out onto John's outstretched arms and said "I believe I may have offended you with my rude language and actions.

I'm sincerely remorseful for my inappropriate transgressions and I fully intend to do everything I can to correct my rude and unforgivable behavior."

John was stunned at the change in the bird's attitude.

As he was about to ask the parrot what had made such a dramatic change in his behavior, the bird continued, "May I ask what the turkey did?"

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
