did this a few years ago, skiing, and haven't any issues since then aside from a twinge if, say, my shoe gets stuck and my knee keeps moving inward, giving me a little reminder.

have had no issues with running (always uphill on a treadmill) or logging pretty good cycling mileage.

a week or so ago, though, moving in bed, asleep, the foot got stuck in a sheet and the twinge REALLY got my attention, making me realize that while it's healed, it's not going to be as strong as it was and is definitely going to be a weaker link in the old kinetic chain.

kinda wondering if anyone else has experienced these latent twinges well after their injury. i do wear a wrap while skiing (and playing basketball) but now am wondering if getting a brace might be a good idea.
