The SX10 is a pretty stiff and much a less forgiving ride than the 8000. If you ski that in a 170 you should have gone 178 or 182 on the 8k, weak muscles or no. Still a Nice deal. The 8K is a good east cost ski. Its good at just about everything. Definitely more of a finesse ski, snappy fun, and not wimpy. I don't think that 165 size is the best for all mountain. It might be pretty good for tight trees, but there are many other skis that would be better for all mountain than a 165 8000.
