For some reason, neither one is shown in this year's Tyrolia catalog. The highest DIN Railflex shown is the RFD 11. As for the RFD12 & 14 which I believe are a season or two old, as far as I can remember, the only difference is the DIN range. I believe that they both had all of the features available from Tyrolia - full diagonal, etc. I would base your selection on the more appropriate DIN range and price. The RFD 12 is 4-12 and the RFD 14 is 6-14. I've never had a problem with Tyrolia/Fischer bindings and last year when someone cut me off and I caught a ski on a piece of rebar at high speed, I was impressed at how the Tyrolia RFD11 binding released with no damage to me.
