I read it to mean you stay where you are but can have anywhere as a 'local hill'.
It was a hypothetical question that you need to stretch your imagination a little - just don’t think too much into it.
Assume that your life as you know it remains as is - your family, friends, life style, financials, etc. remain the same as you live near your favorite ski resort. For example, if you now live in Miami, imagine that Miami is located where Vancouver BC is with the PNW climate, and it is a US city. …yes, I know, now you are thinking what about the beaches, babes in bikinis, yada, yada. …just try not to complicate the matter with geography, temperature differences, your future plans, etc.
The main reason that I choose W/B is its sheer size and vast terrain/variety that it offers. As much as I enjoyed Solitude and Powder Mt. when conditions were primo, I know that I will grow tired of skiing the same old terrain over and over again long before the season ends.
