Was this not at Solden, where he admitted to skidding every second turn on purpose? If so, that's no correction -- that's tactics. I recall him being interviewed and saying that there was no way you could carve every turn and win, because you'd get going too fast, and have to dump too much speed to stay on course.
Yes, the Soelden race was tactics. And it was every other turn. And isnt' that exactly what I said a couple of posts ago in regard to too much speed and not being able to carve every turn ? the point is how and where you scrub the speed,
Redirection again is an offensive move that let's you chose your line, scrubbing speed at the bottom of the turn is a defensive move that makes you late & low and out of position for the next turn.
