Head Air is constructed with wood core, torsion box, double titanium layers. It is designed for terrain parks but will ski the entire mountain (2 – Ti layers).
Air Head (105-71-101, R=17@170) is basically scaled-down Mad Trix (110-75-105, R=16.9 @ 172). The Mad Trix has 4mm (5/32") wider platform overall than Air. Would that make that much difference in performance that you are looking for in bumps? Perhaps …but which one is better?
I can’t find the info on Air Head but there are reviews out there for Mad Trix:

Beside the mogul specific skis, imo the ski-constructed with the park/air in mind will be the next best thing in bumps that you can also ski the entire mountain with. The problem with current park skis is that they are too wide for bumps, although they make better all mountain (when snow is soft) skis for the same reason. If you are not like the mass/herds following the latest/flashiest graphics and tend to over-analyze every same ole-new skis that hit the market, you can’t go wrong with Air Head 4 what u want to do, especially at $75!
I am work right now but if you are interested, let me know and I will shoot you some pics tonight.
