Sorry if I offended anyone, that was not the intention, it just doesn't make much sense to me.
Intersting post and attitude..........
Actually, I think the term 'realistic' applies better to most of the posters here at Epic. I have absolutely NO IDEA whom you might be be referring to that might know powder skis better since (as a rule), I'd say...(#1), most epic skiers ski as well as the posters on any other website, and (#2), I personally ski more powder skis every year than most worms do in a lifetime. (That is my business am I'm danged good at it)
So perhaps there is a magic website somewhere where one's skill and knowledge of powder skiing and skis goes up two-three notches when one logs in but I have yet to experience said magic place.
In the meanwhile....a professional in this field would evaluate the following....the OP is fairly small, a level 6
skier, and has inquired twice about how said wider skis will react on groomers or other conditions other than powder.
So........given this evaluation of what the OP has asked about.....would a professional in this field suggest a Katana?...a Hellbent?? a Prophet 130 (OMG) or an ARG or some other such tool.
Yeah, right!!!..............Not even close!!!
