White Gazpacho

Made it ... absolutely amazing. Authentic Spanish recipe. I used about half the oil in the recipe and it's very rich, but suit yourself. Not for those who dislike garlic. Serve cold (of course) with a watercress, parsley and goat cheese "ensalada" and some crusty bread. Little late for summer recipes but hey, it's that good.

Thanks for the recipe! I'm a big gazpacho fan, I made some with scallops, crab, and shrimp the other night.
