There aren't a lot of camps to choose from that time of year at that level. You're more likely to find a "camp" like product from a regular ski school. Taos offers traditional ski weeks
. Ski weeks a throw back to days long ago - you won't find many resorts offering this kind of product. Steamboat may have a camp product
in early January. They also have a ski week program for kids, but not for adults (as far as I can tell). Snowbird has a Dean Cummings camp
running from 1/9-1/12, but that sounds like it may be a bit much for green-blue skiers. You probably are going to have a hard time finding a camp product that will have you in the same group with your son because kids and adults generally learn better when they are apart.
So the question you have to ask yourself is "Do you feel lucky, punk?". Wait - no - not that question. Let's try: "What's more important - the timing or the product or the location?
