I condition the air in my living space with space heaters and humidifiers so when I go outside it doesn't feel too bad. But the only long ride I've done (about 95 miles) in the last thirty years was flat except for the first and last miles which had some small hills. I puked on the last mile.

The Mt. Shasta super century should be a breeze after training in the Blue Ridge.
