What does La Nina mean for the US?

- The Northern Interior Rockies (ID, MT, WY, UT) do well
- Southern Rockies (NM, AZ) do poorly
- Southeast does poorly
- Northwest/Rockies are colder than normal

Generalizations, of course, but it does add up over the years.

What about Colorado? Summit County in particular - sorry but I do not know what 'Rockies' they count as?
