Bud, why are you baiting people? This is exactly the kind of commentary that has led us to the new policy changes.

As far as pulling my head out, you'll have to be more specific about that movement and how it effects pivoting my skis on the snow.

It will help you focus on your seperation of the lower body from the upper half with an awareness of what is going on in the lower half. However if more than the head is used in this fashion terrible factors can come into play. Be very careful with this type of drill.
Oh ,and be careful with that zipper and try to keep this exercise underway in a low traffic zone. People can get offended by the simpleist acts of personal discovery.
