Guaranteed no tar snakes?

There was just one (20K) here yesterday at the Fairfax County Police Driver Training Facility, 11 laps of the course with a banked turn, chicane and a long straightaway.
http://www.skatersquest.com/ theres a little video to click through. Won by a competitive swimmer of all things, must be because everyone was at Trexlertown
